The Derby Roosevelt tower in Phoenix is progressing in the foreground.  From the tower crane, we can see another great project with the Transwestern and Wilder Belshaw team completing phase 2, The Portait at Hance Park.  Kudos to our Austin office, lead by Michael Hoskings, who managed both projects.
