The Derby Roosevelt

Developed by Transwestern, The Derby Roosevelt is a 22 level residential building in Phoenix, AZ. 6 levels of parking is topped by an amenity and pool area, where the residential portion of the building begins. In order to allow for a separate column layouts in residential and garage levels, all residential columns are transferred on girders at level 7. The building is topped with a large open air amenity space.
