Garland City Center

Garland City Center is a 4 story, 250 unit apartment complex situated in the heart of downtown Garland, Texas adjacent to the City Hall. It is built in conjunction with the City of Garland on what was their surface parking lot. A 5 story parking garage is being constructed to serve both the City Center and City Hall. Completed in the fall of 2015.
