The 704 Broken Spoke

Nestled around Austin’s historical honkytonk, The Broken Spoke, this 620 unit residential mixed-use project features 50,000 square feet of retail space along South Lamar Boulevard in an area surrounded by shops and restaurants within walking distance. The residents enjoy several private courtyards as well as a rooftop amenity deck with views of downtown Austin on top of the 8 story parking garage. With a 60 foot building height limitation, the design team met the challenge of squeezing in 8 levels of parking.
