Structural Engineering Project Manager (Entry or Mid-Level)
Urban Structure is seeking to fill full-time, licensed project manager positions in our Dallas and Austin offices. This structural engineer will manage multiple projects with support from our engineers in training and engineering technician staff and report directly to firm partners. Preferred candidates will have four years or more of structural engineering experience working on commercial and large-scale residential structures. This role will include collaboration with your team to develop projects from start to finish. You will see projects through from the programming/conceptual design phase to the completion of construction administration services. Other duties are listed below. E.I.T. position (Entry or Mid-Level)
Urban Structure is looking for a full-time, E.I.T. to join our team. The candidate must be self-motivated to learn and grow under the direct supervision of our professional engineering staff.
Duties:
The E.I.T. will assist senior engineers in designing, testing, and modifying structural engineering systems and components while gaining hands-on experience in project management, data analysis, and technical problem-solving. Duties include structural design, detailing, BIM modeling, CAD drafting, and construction administration services. In addition, they will have the opportunity to join in client meetings and learn the business side of an engineering firm.
