Drafting Technician/BIM Specialist (Entry or Mid-Level)

Urban Structure is looking for a full-time, experienced structural engineering drafter.  The candidate must be able to work closely with Project Managers/Engineers to create structural plans and details while implementing strong time management skills to meet project deadlines. Ideal candidates must work well in a cohesive team environment to create more effective systems and processes within the drafting department.  An Associate in Engineering/Engineering Technology Degree, Computer Aided Drafting and Design Degree, or equivalent experience is preferred. Previous experience/knowledge of construction and/or engineering design principles is also necessary to be successful in this position. Experience:

• Associate Degree Minimum Preferred
• 1-2 years experience in BIM modeling and AutoCad drafting preferred
