Taylor Lofts

Urban Structure provided structural engineering services for Taylor Lofts, a 5-story mixed-use development located in the heart of Downtown Dallas, just steps from the Dallas Farmers Market.

This project includes 100 apartment homes, surface and underground parking, indoor and outdoor amenities, as well as many retail shops and offices. Built with Type I(a) concrete and Type V(a) wood construction, Taylor Lofts combines modern loft-style living with integrated office and amenity spaces.
