Aura 4805 McKinney, also known as The Hudson, is a boutique multifamily development that delivers high-density living on a compact 0.975-acre site in Dallas. With 124 residential units above a podium level, the project required creative structural solutions to support both the architectural vision and zoning constraints.

The building’s most distinctive structural feature is an elevated stainless steel pool with a clear acrylic end wall, located on the 2nd floor amenity terrace. This element demanded precise coordination between structural and architectural teams to ensure both safety and visual impact.
