Urban Structure contributed the structural engineering plans to the award-winning Oakhouse multifamily project.  It is a 219-unit mixed-income development in North Oak Cliff. Developed by Mintwood Real Estate and designed by WDG Architecture, it offers both essential and market-rate housing options, with half of its units designated for households earning up to 80% of the area median income. The project features amenities such as a first-floor library, pool lounge, and a sixth-floor sky lounge with downtown Dallas skyline views.

Oakhouse has been recognized as the “Best New Multifamily Project” at D CEO’s 2025 Commercial Real Estate Awards, highlighting its innovative approach to affordable housing and community development.
