Our team recently visited Westside Village in Fort Worth to perform structural observations ahead of the concrete pour for the elevated deck. It was a great opportunity to see this large-scale multifamily project taking shape and to see the design move from drawings into construction.

The seven-story podium project will bring more than 300 residences to Westside Village, along with ground-floor retail, live-work spaces, and a variety of amenities, including courtyards, a pool deck, and a seventh-floor sky lounge with views overlooking the city.

Jeff Reed, and Hayley Baer, were joined on site by several of our interns and EITs. Getting our younger team members out into the field gives them a firsthand look at how structural design translates to construction and provides valuable experience they can bring back to the office.

We appreciate Moss for having our team on site and Corgan for their continued collaboration and thoughtful design. We’re excited to continue watching Westside Village take shape and look forward to seeing the finished project come to life.
