The Derby Roosevelt Tower being developed by Transwestern is set to break ground at the beginning of the year. Located in downtown Phoenix, this luxury residential tower will house 21 stories of residences and parking, a ground level restaurant, pool amenity deck and a rooftop sky lounge with spectacular views of the city. Urban Structure is proud to be part of the design team with Wilder Belshaw Architects. It has been some time in the making and we look forward to seeing this project become a reality.
