Urban Structure was tasked with providing the structural engineering plans for adaptive reuse/renovation of The Santander Tower’s pool deck.  We focused on ensuring it could support its modern upgrades while maintaining durability and safety. The revitalized space now boasts a sleek, urban oasis featuring lounge seating, lush landscaping, and shaded retreats, creating the perfect balance of relaxation and sophistication amidst the city skyline.
