Groundbreaking for Westside Village in Fort Worth
Urban Structure was proud to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for Westside Village, a new mixed-use development in Fort Worth that is poised to become one of the city’s most dynamic destinations.
Urban Structure joined project partners and community leaders to celebrate the start of construction. The development is part of a larger master-planned district designed to bring new residential, office, retail, and entertainment spaces to Fort Worth’s west side.
The first phase of Westside Village includes a seven-story luxury multifamily building with more than 300 residential units, along with a Class AA office building and ground-floor retail spaces designed to create an active, walkable environment for residents and visitors.
At full build-out, the broader 37-acre district is expected to include hundreds of thousands of square feet of office and retail space, residential units, and additional amenities that will help transform the area into a vibrant urban neighborhood.
Urban Structure is honored to contribute as the structural engineering team and collaborate with an outstanding group of design professionals including:
Owner: Larkspur
Architect: Corgan
Contractor: Moss
Civil Engineer: Kimley-Horn
Landscape Architect: Garthoff Design
MEP Engineer: Blum Consulting Engineers
Interior Design: B2 Architecture + Design
Groundbreakings are always exciting moments for a project team. They represent the transition from planning and design to construction and the beginning of a vision becoming reality. We look forward to seeing Westside Village take shape and contribute to the continued growth of Fort Worth.
