Since joining Urban Structure in 2017, Hayley has contributed to nearly 100 projects nationwide, earning recognition for her expertise, creativity, and leadership. From the transformation of the 49-story Sinclair tower in downtown Dallas to multifamily communities across Texas, Nevada, and beyond, her work continues to shape skylines and strengthen communities.

Beyond her technical achievements, Hayley is also a mentor and collaborator who helps foster a culture of teamwork and innovation within Urban Structure.
